A location at the foot of Mount Etna to savor the peace and tranquility of Sicilian landscapes
Locale is located in an area north of Adrano, on the Adrano-Bronte road. The town center is about 1 km away. The closest beaches are those of Catania, just 30 km away.
Near the property, the most sought-after attractions are Mount Etna and the towns of Bronte and Randazzo known for their wine and pistachio production, as well as the Etnaland water park and the trade fair center of Misterbianco at 15 km.
OUR FACILITY
Locale is conceived as an ode to Sicilian culture, celebrating the past, present, and future of this magnificent land.
Initially conceived as a meeting place for family, the vision of this project expanded in 2022 when Sergio carried out the first renovation of the countryside purchased by his father Eugenio, with an extension of 6,500 square meters, located along the Adrano-Bronte road and immersed in the green gold of Mount Etna.
Everything is studied and designed to provide an oasis of well-being where Nature (pistachio groves, olive groves, and vineyards) must be perceived and experienced from the very first moment. A rural experience within a comfortable country house.

Inspired by a holiday home to regenerate body and mind as well as a place to relive the culinary traditions that Sicily teaches us.
"Locale" - it is a simple way to say that all the experiences lived within it always have something Natural, Typical, Rural, precisely "Local".
"Locale" is a rural dwelling with a heat pump heating system in every room to be experienced throughout the year, powered by a 6 Kw photovoltaic system and a 10 Kw battery park, making the structure autonomous and sustainable.
THE INTERIOR AREA OF THE ROOM
The Locale House is divided into 4 rooms, living room, dining room, loft, and sleeping area.
Locale House is divided into 4 rooms, the central living room serves as an entrance and dining room, with the possibility of using the sofa to accommodate two additional guests, a kitchen with an induction hob, the loft is a double bedroom equipped with a TV and a minibar, the sleeping area with three bedrooms, two double and one single for double use, and two delightful mirrored bathrooms with shower.
The Pantry is divided into a single space with a wine tasting area of local wines and products, a bathroom, and a large industrial kitchen for cooking classes and catering service by reservation.
THE EXTERNAL AREA OF THE PREMISES
The outer part of Locale has a large solarium around the two residential units with an infinity pool.
The outdoor area has a large sun deck around the two housing units, a gazebo with a barbecue area, featuring aromatic plants, lemon, orange, and mandarin trees, a 6x12 meter infinity saltwater pool with a platform that can accommodate 70 people for events and ceremonies of all kinds, a play area with a bocce court and a children's area.
Completing the structure is a large parking area also equipped with a charging station for electric cars, surrounded by olive and pistachio trees.
